Marketing ads…tv or print have taken a more updated approach in how they market today. A lot of the companies seem to be targeting more trend/style driven advertising. I guess the independent and underground artist has now positioned themselves within companies or mainstream ad houses which has provided attention to more previously unknown artist. Case in point Kaws who has been doing Complex ads and his own brand Original Fake for a while now, partnered with Dos Equis who many know as the beer promoted by the “Most Interesting Man in The World” . It seems like a great marriage as both have become staples in the world of style and art. Kaws will be designing the bottles for Dos Equis with the below bottle caps being the first images available.
